Dental Services in Hamilton, Bermuda
Preventive, cosmetic and restorative dentistry for adults and children, in one practice on Washington Street. Twenty services, each with a real page.
Start with what is bothering you, not with a category
Most people arrive with a symptom or a wish rather than a treatment name. A tooth that twinges on cold. A gap that has been there for years. A front tooth that chipped on a bottle top. A photograph they did not like.
That is a better starting point than a menu, because the right treatment usually depends on things you cannot see yet: how much tooth is left, what the bone is doing, and whether the bite is putting an unfair load on one tooth.
- Tell us the symptom, we will tell you the options
- Written figures after an examination
- A plan ordered by urgency, not by price
- Second opinions are normal and welcome
- Records sent on request, to anyone
- Nothing booked in the chair without you agreeing
Every treatment we offer, grouped the way you would ask for it
Twenty services, each with its own page. Nothing here routes you to a general enquiry form.
Preventive and family
The appointments that keep everything else off the list.
Restorative
Repairing or replacing what is already damaged or missing.
Cosmetic and protective
Changing how a tooth looks, or protecting one that is under strain.
Implants and smile restoration is the one we are known for
Dr. Maybury trained in implant surgery under Dr. Arun Garg in Miami and Boston, is a member of the International Dental Implant Association, and spent thirty hours placing implants on a missionary trip to the Dominican Republic.

01
Planned before anything is placed
Bone volume, the position of the nerve and the shape of the finished tooth all get worked out first. Suitability varies from person to person and is decided after imaging.
-
02
The surgical and restorative halves in one place
Placement and the crown on top are done by the same practice, which removes the handover where most of the confusion usually lives.
-
03
Honest about who it does not suit
Some people need a graft first. Some are better served by a bridge or a denture. That conversation happens before anything is booked.

04
Shipping is a real part of the timeline
Components come to the island rather than off a shelf downstairs, and we plan the dates around that rather than discovering it halfway through.
What decides which treatment is right
Four things do most of the deciding, and none of them are visible from the outside.
How much tooth is left
This is the first question in almost every restorative decision. It is what separates a filling from a crown, and a crown from an extraction.
What the bone is doing
Bone level decides whether an implant is straightforward, needs a graft first, or is the wrong answer. Only imaging tells us.
How the bite loads that tooth
A tooth taking more than its share cracks sooner and fails restorations faster. Sometimes the fix is the bite, not the tooth.
Your medical history
Medication, diabetes, heart conditions and pregnancy all change what is safe and what heals well. It is why the form matters.
What you can do now
A plan in stages is a real plan. We will tell you what is urgent, what can wait a year and what is genuinely optional.
How long you want it to last
There are cheaper answers and longer answers, and they are honestly different. Nothing in a mouth is permanent and nobody should tell you otherwise.
How to get started when you are not sure what you need
Four steps, and the first one is a phone call rather than a form.
Call 441 292 0107 or send a request
Describe the symptom in ordinary words. The front desk will work out what kind of appointment you need and how long to allow.
Come in for an examination
Soft tissue, gums, teeth, bite and existing work, with images where they will change a decision. About forty minutes for a new patient.
Get the options in plain language
What is going on, what can be done about it, what each option involves and who it is wrong for. In writing, in order of urgency.
Decide in your own time
Take the plan away, check it against your insurance cover, get a second opinion if you want one. We will send your records to anybody you ask us to.
The prices the practice publishes
These are the figures DaVinci Dental puts in writing. Everything else is quoted after an examination, because it depends on what is actually there.
| Treatment | Published price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Dental examination, child under three | Free | A standing offer at this practice |
| Professional teeth whitening | From $249 | In-chair or take-home kit, Opalescence |
| Invisalign Express 5 Smile Treatment | $2,200 | About 5 weeks, for smaller corrections |
| Invisalign Comprehensive Smile Treatment | Up to $5,600 | 30 or more weeks |
| Refer a friend | Save 10% | On your next cleaning |
The practice’s own qualifier travels with these: prices vary, and if your insurance includes orthodontic care, Invisalign costs may be covered. Ask CG Insurance, Argus or BF&M what your plan pays before you start.
Questions before you book
If your question is not here, the front desk would rather you rang than guessed. Call 441 292 0107 during opening hours.
Call 441 292 0107I do not know which service I need. What do I book?
Book an examination and describe the symptom when you call. The examination is where the question gets answered, and booking the wrong treatment first usually means paying for an appointment that has to be redone.
Call 441 292 0107 and say what is bothering you.
Do you treat children as well as adults?
Yes. This is a family practice and a household is often seen on the same morning. Examinations for children under three are free. See children’s dentistry.
Can I get a second opinion?
Yes, and it is a normal thing to ask for. We will send your records and images to whoever you name. A practice that resists that is telling you something.
Do you handle emergencies?
Call the practice on 441 292 0107 first, because what to do in the first hour depends on what has happened. There is guidance on the emergency dental care page.
Which insurers do you deal with?
CG Insurance, Argus including HIP, and BF&M including GEHI. What your plan reimburses and your annual maximum are between you and your insurer, so check before treatment. See insurance and payment.
